Shipping Policy: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We offer both flat rate shipping and express shipping options. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount, which is subject to change at our discretion and will be clearly indicated on the Site. Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.

Product Warranty: All Trebol Jewelry products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of three (3) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by a third party.

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected and approved. Please note: We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Pricing and Payment: All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the methods available at checkout.
